Yes i too DO NOT UNDERSTAND ..'BLENDED WHISKY'WELL ACTUALLY OF COURSE I DO. .BLENDED STUFF...IT'S FINE TO MIX WITH GINGER ALE...OR any other mixer to the drinkers preferred taste..etc..BUT A SINGLE MALT..MATURED WITH LOVE & PRECIOUS TIME,WITH YRS & YRS OF JUST SITTING ,WAITING,DEVELOPING,WORKING ALL THE FLAVOURS INTO EACH OTHER...TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE...A LONG LONG TIME...PATIENCE..AND CARE..ETC...WELL ALL THE SCOTS THAT I KNOW..WOULD CONSIDER IT A MASSIVE SACRELIDGE TO 'RUIN' A WORK OF ART....rather like throwing paint over a pissarro..TO AMKE IT INTO AN J.POLLOCK....etc etc...or spraying perfume on a new born child...that kind of thing...
MAKE IT I MEANT.....
Mrs Krap I was initiated to pure malto whisley by a scottish girl, I did show her my total gratitude, I will spare you the detailes ....
