I want to start a debate on how according to you we can improve our security
whether you want to talk about your city or any place in the world.
Drugs are an important factors in the set of reasons for violence.
Inhereted biological traits must also be considered. Economics factors, negative experiences in the upbringing and childwood leave
marks that may set the mind of some people to violence. Sex is often a cause of violence and abuse. What should we do? You can write your comments here or your ideas in a separate entry.

I'll write much later on about the 'very serious article' you have posted here author (in a separate entry above).I can give a true perspective OR at least my honest opinion on 'THE STATE OF BRITAIN TODAY' or at least my experiences here in England and some in Scotland & what's going on in eastern europe etc..I have quite a few real-life stories to tell.
