Newt Gingrich, former Republican speaker in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Gingrich must be not very clever or is he? In a public speech today he attacked the notion of 'citizen of the universe' as a meaningless, non sense, even dangerous notion and he added that under no circumstances he would like to be a citizen of Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and few other countries he dislikes.
Of course he does not understand that a citizen of the universe agrees with him about what he would not like to be and, of course more than that.
In fact the idea of 'citizen of the universe' is equivalent to the idea of not been a citizen of any country, including those mentioned by him, lol what a jerk!
